Get excited! The Moreton Bay Caravan, Camping, Boating and 4x4 Expo coming to Redcliffe in February. For the third year running, this premier event will offer more than ever before.
The expo will showcase some of Australia's best caravan, camper trailer, motorhome and boating dealers. There will be over 180 local and national companies displaying their latest products and services; 4x4 vehicle accessories, LED lighting, boating and fishing accessories, insurance, tools, gadgets, camping gear and more.
The 2017 event is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever before with an improved site layout and additional exhibition spaces locked in to accommodate more displays, describes Managing Director Bob Carroll.
New to the expo this year is the 'Holiday and Tourism Pavilion' which will focus specifically on destinations, accommodation providers, tourist attractions and tourism groups. There will also be plenty of family entertainment, prizes, competitions and food stalls. A great bonus prize on offer this year is a $10,000 Boating Package courtesy of Cunningham Marine Centre, explains Bob.
EXPO ENTERTAINMENT:
4x4 Test Track
The Australian Offroad Academy will construct a 4x4 outdoor obstacle course to show people how to control a 4x4 on different terrain, offer safety tips and tricks, and demonstrate how to get a vehicle out of precarious situations.
Fishing and Casting Demonstrations with Dave Moss
Fishing presenter and enthusiast Dave Moss will present a catch and release demonstration, using a 10m long fishing tank divided into two sections: one for barramundi and the other for cold water species.
Cooking Demonstrations with Two Old Ducks
Jennifer Hill and Annette Long will use seasonal produce to cook meals from scratch, limiting their use of packaged and processed foods as much as possible.
