Code Club For Kids At The Redcliffe Library

Code Club for Kids at the Redcliffe Library

Featured Event

Wed 24 Feb
Time : 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Where : Redcliffe Library
Redcliffe Library is hosting another great kids' activity this year. Code Club is a free event and will be held once a month commencing Wednesday, 24 February.

This is an ideal event for kids in Grades five to eight who are interested in coding languages.

The one-hour session will teach participants how to code languages for games, animations, and robotic sequences.

At the end of the session, participants will be encouraged to share what they’ve created with the other coders.

Both coding gurus and beginners aged nine to 13 years old are welcome to join in on the fun.

The event is a fun and safe way for kids to learn new things and maybe try something that is outside their comfort zone.

It’s also a good way for kids to make new friends and team up to code together.

Code Club will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month, excluding public holidays, from 3.30pm-4.30pm.

This event is free, but bookings are required. You can find out more info via www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au
