Bring Healing Into Your Life With Expo

Explore mental and physical healing at Redcliffe's annual Heal Yourself Expo this month.� The two-day expo will delve into what it truly means to heal yourself, with the help from a variety of stalls, speakers and activities.

Organiser, Wayne Pina-Roozemond, said the expo will focus on providing helpful information about heath and healing, with the assistance of many knowledgeable stallholders.

We normally have 50 stalls at the expo, with a wide range of modalities, practitioners and educators,� Wayne said.

We also have many proven products to help with health and healing, as well as some newer methods. The expo is about education and understanding.�

The Heal Yourself Expo is an opportunity to learn even more about how to take control of your health and wellbeing.

The point of the expo is to educate people and expose them to areas of health and healing that they may never have known about,� Wayne said.
