Spreading The Christmas Cheer

The Belvedere Hotel is celebrating Christmas in style for 2020 with two events; its annual Carols by the Bay, and the Puppy Christmas Party.

This year's Carols by the Bay will support Ye Ole Brass Band, which will also perform at the event on Thursday, 17 December.

The Belvedere Hotel marketing and events manager Sarah Casey said it was the venue's third year hosting the carols, and that Santa would be visiting from 4.30pm.

Santa will also be visiting the Puppy Christmas Party on Saturday, 19 December.

This free event is an opportunity for your furry friend to be included in the festivities and get a Christmas card-worthy photo with Santa. Doggy ice creams will also be available as a puppy treat.

We pride ourselves on being a venue that anyone and everyone can feel welcome in, with the community and families being our main focus,� Sarah said. It's really important to us to host these sorts of events especially around the festive season when family time is most important.�

The Dog Christmas Party will have a Christmas wishing tree where patrons can bring in items to donate to Peninsula Animal Aid.
