MOUSETRAP THEATRE PERFORMS BLUEBEARD
Mousetrap Theatre will present a spectacular and captivating pantomime production of Bluebeard, during January 2017 ' Don't miss out!

MOUSETRAP THEATRE plays the pantomime Bluebeard, which tells the story of the evil Baron Bluebeard's inviting of other characters to his castle, where a course of hilarious events will keep you on the edge of your seat! The cast, between the ages of six and 90 years, will work to keep the audience guessing in this intriguing show. The tale tells the story of a grumpy nobleman whose wives have mysteriously vanished. Will the characters be clever enough to thwart the dastardly Baron's plans? What will the sinister housekeeper Shivers do to the sweet French maid Marie?

This is the top of the pantomimes you'll see, says Mousetrap member Ralph Ashby, It's a really excellent show and fun for the whole family! It's as crazy as you would expect a pantomime to be ' with a bunch of zany characters. We're lucky enough that it involves everyone from Mousetrap who wanted to be a part of it. Come along and enjoy a great performance of one of the most well-loved pantomimes!

The play, written by Paul Reakes, will be directed by Susan Harding-Smith and stars local actors Tom Burrell as Bluebeard, Paula-Mary Camilleri as Carrie, Karen Matthews as Fetch and Miranda Matthews and Alexandria Lewis as children.

These bright performances are directed, performed, and created through set construction, scenery painters, light and sound, costume, makeup and musicians by the members of the Mousetrap Theatre.
