' fresh from the Rio Olympics, Lakeisha Lucky� Patterson ' Australia's most decorated Paralympian, former AFL star Justin Leppitsch, and NRL legend Brent Tate for an afternoon of inspirational and candid sports stories and experiences.

Sporting Heroes caps off an impressive year of B2B networking events proudly presented by Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism (MBRIT) and supported by Moreton Bay Regional Council. MBRIT CEO, Mr. Shane Newcombe, believes the best has been saved for last.

We are a sporting nation that continues to produce some of the world's best athletes,� says Mr. Newcombe. This is no better demonstrated than in the group of elite athletes we have attending this event.�

The lunch will be highlighted by a panel presentation, with guests also receiving the chance to participate in a unique Q&A session with the sports stars. MBRIT is also working very closely with QLD Sports Museum to deliver a stellar event.

The QLD Sports Museum is incredibly passionate about preserving Queensland sporting history,� explains MR. Newcombe. We hope everyone gets behind this wonderful organisation and the work they do.�

The one-off event will be held in the brand new Dolphins Stadium Function Area at the Redcliffe Leagues Club, includes a 2-course lunch with beverages and is hosted by radio legend, Paul 'Campo' Campion.
